I doubt it's clutch fork then. I have a weird 'clacking' sound when the car is in gear I go over a bump/slightly bunny hop/put the clutch in or out too fast.
That's my next thing to diagnose!

I finished work last night then went to my cousins place to use his undercover car park to take the windscreen out of the rolla and grind the area back (had a few rust spots) treated it (nothing had eaten through the metal thankfully) high filler and then a coat of paint over the top, new windscreen in this morning and happy days 
. Treatment worthy of a shitbox haha.
To cut through the urethane that holds the winscreen into place, I ended up getting a guitar string from my cousin and he got two blocks of wood and cut slits in them to secure each end of the string to, first though pocked one end through an opening in the glue I had made with a scraper, then it was just sawing action around the screen to cut the clue and all was well.
