25th yesterday. Dad got me this. I don't normally go for 1:18 scale, just have a couple 1:43 on my bedside table of various cars. But I can make an exception. Unfortunately the line across the windscreen came off with the packaging (like that tape stuff you peel off new electronics) but it doesn't wreck the appeal. Was bought online for cheaps apparently so can't swap it. CBF anyway, its pretty epic.

Nice model tsg. I've always wanted to get a few model cars but just can't afford them at the moment. There are way too many that are overpriced.

 

Yeah I have a few. The rarest one I have is the 1:43 22B, not sure if they are back in production... but at the time they were sold out everywhere. I kinda.. er got in a bid war and paid about $20 more than its worth new but I don't care cause I have one now

 

Dad has a cabinet behind me here full of them, a couple special ones, others are just ones he collected when he was younger. My office is also becoming the man cave in our new place - all the old car memorabilia is coming in here instead of the garage.

I'd love to get a model of my car, same colour and all. Would be epic but I've never found a Gen IV wagon to be honest. It'd be a cool thing to become a collector, but I guess that's out of my books for the short term considering how much people pay for them, especially the rarer models you speak of.
