Got woken at 4:30am this morning by a truck outside my bedroom window idling and the sound of someone going through all our bins, more noise than a bloody freight train.

Go out and yell at the bloke for being a disrespectful fuck, turns out it's the bloody council. Gives me some letter saying council have authorised it and they are doing a survey of the areas garbage.... Why the fuck they would want to survey garbage is beyond me.

Bottom line, I never got back to sleep, and I'm now tired and angry, so I am going to ring this woman at council and tear shreds into them for being disrespectful to rate payers and start quoting laws at her from the EPA

They emptied every bin from every house into bags and threw it into the back of a truck so recycling and all. I'm not a fan of being woken by the sound of crashing glass bottles
