im feeling like a bit of a cubt this morning.  I slept in and let Vicky take Will to the Chiro on her own.  We've been having massive issues with getting him to sleep and we are at the end of our tether.  So we are trying literally everything to try and see if we can help him to sleep.  We are both really nervous about taking him to Chiro, because a) I think chiro's are robbing bastards who only provide bandaid solutions, and b ) we worried about doing more harm than good.

Thing is Im just so exhausted at the moment.  Physically, mentally and emotionally.  I only got about 4 hours sleep monday night, and really suffered for it at work last night.  

For the insomniacs amongst us, 4 hours must sound fine, but for me I really need a minimum of 7 hours.  For  about the last 3 months, we've been lucky to get 5 hours of broken sleep, and its taking its toll.

 

I hate leaving Vicky to deal with the kids all by herself, but if i dont get some sleep soon, im afraid im going to lose my shit in quite a spectacular fashion.

Mate, I remember days like these; being that tired really forks with your brain.

All I can suggest is to keep telling yourself that it wont be much longer until you start to see a better sleep pattern.

 

We also took turns to have a full nights sleep, leaving the other to get up during the night. I understand that this could be difficult with your work hours, but it worked for us.

 

You probably already know that your 'baby ears' will never go away (I hear the kids at night, but can happily ignore them ), but you do get used to them.

Also washed, armour alled and cleaned the floor mats in the foz. Already for the trip to wtac now.

I used 80L of fuel driving to the snow and back which was about 900km, in the Outback.

No worries, i'm pretty handy on the spanners and  there will probably be a mechanic around.

 

I'll try and figure out exactly what I can do (if anything) and get back to you mate. I am getting the hub I bought today installed on Friday and am contemplating buying new brake discs. Not 100% sure yet but we shall see.
