Bank cheques can be fraudulent as well. Be careful Mark.

When I bought the Foz the seller really didn't want to take a bank cheque. It was the only way I felt safe in paying. Told him you can take it for leave it.

when did you get a ticket haz?

This morning. Done for 10K over.

Maybe ask shaz if there is a way to find out if its not a fraudulent cheque.

Most cheques have a watermark when you hold it up to the light.

You could also call the bank with permission of the buyer to make sure the money came out of their bank account and to confirm the cheque is legit.

Taking a photocopy of their drivers license would also be a good idea.

yeah its the old man who is worried about it mostly. ive sent bankshaz a message but he is prob busy.

i rang the bank and they verified that its a cheque technically issued from the bank and the only way it can be cancelled is fraudulently

Shit hey.. Didn't even know this was going on!

Nik and Walts can finally be as one.

"GAY and lesbian couples will be able to wed in the ACT after a bill to legalise same-sex marriage passed the territory's Legislative Assembly."

Wow, this sounds mega gay.
"People in the public gallery clapped and sang Love Is In The Air when the bill passed shortly before midday on Tuesday."

I look forward to the sudden influx of Foresters in Canberra that will no doubt ensue

Need an app! I would do that shit from my loungeroom!

We have our automated greenhouse sprinkler system plugged into one of these so you can turn it on and off with an app.

Bank Cheques are generally pretty secure. They are much more secure then a personal cheque, as when you BUY a cheque, they take the funds from your account straight away. If you don't have the funds, they can't issue a Bank Cheque.

HOWEVER,

You can cancel them. Its not easy, but you can. The person who bought the cheque has to sign a stat dec saying that it has been lost / stolen.

It does happen, but not very often.

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.
