The things shit companies do to make people feel special without giving them a payrise.
We have a box of fruit (apples and bananas) delivered twice a week and were told "take into account the 'free' fruit you get working here" in their meeting to justify giving everyone a $0 payrise for the year.

Haha... i've had that... we get the fruits twice a week, and biscuits on the other days... but my 10am, all biscuits are gone...

Old job had free soft drinks, free beer and wine on Fridays, a games room with arcade machines and a table tennis table... plus, all I did there was watch TV all day to make sure it was running right... (FetchTV)
