Bank cheque is how you pay for a house deposit, so it is perfectly fine...

Unwanted, but needed child.

Some companies just don't want to know about how their IT operates so they outsource... I get that...

I'm just sick of the way MSP's work. I just want some ownership.

Yeah they are needed but I don't agree with how they screw customers over some of the time.

But businesses need to survive. Charging for everything is how that can be achieved.

@ Zac

Sorry to hear of your issues mate. I agree with the points Shaz made.

Sometimes the stress of a child is enough to really test the relationship, so maybe you both need to look back for a moment and focus on what brought you together in the first place.

You are not alone.

Thanks mate... it is true...all this stress, tension and anger started just as soon as baby went to the hospital... being in and out of there for 2 weeks straight, having to stay over there, or deal with idiotic people not knowing what they are doing... but yeah, days before the baby got sick, we were having fun, going to the markets, shopping, coffee, planning the holiday... it was all good... I was just reminding her that on google chat, but I don't thinks he is going to budge on this... she is stubborn this way and thinks she is right...

Anyway, just got to see what happens... I'm doing all I can... Thanks mate

Got my watering system mostly done now :D as of last night I could press a button on my laptop (or any computer really) and she fires up like a champ.

All that is left to do is to finish the automated script so that it does so by itself :D

where is Shazbank, i have a question for him that his expertise may be of use to?

maybe you guys can help, guy buying the car wants to pay via a bank cheque, is this a trustworthy method? should i not release the car until the cheque clears or should it be ok?

Bank cheques are fine. We use them to pay for cars.

Buyer actually needs to pay the bank money to get the cheque.

Never accept a personal cheque for something like a car!

with my megaphone. fun times ahead!

Where did you get your megaphone and for how much?

Do want!

Mate of a mate was given a bank cheque for the purchase of 2 dirt bikes. Buyer seemed super nice. Went to the bank. Cheque was bogus. Dirt bikes gone. No cash.

Maybe ask shaz if there is a way to find out if its not a fraudulent cheque.

Nasty!! yeah does not surprise me though.

Surely there is a serial number on the cheques that the bank can use to verify if the cheque is legit? like over the phone??
