I already know how to do an engine rebuild.... and have no use for another car... and don't have the space for another car to be going under the knife at my place.

Take the $150 and be done with it :P

Bargain Adam, do it and move on :)

The Gen2 obk is for the tyres and battery...I won't pay more than $250 for the vehicle. If I can grab it for that price, it's cheaper than me just getting the 4 tyres I need for rego on my wagz...

Fair call. Sounds like a good deal if you can get it for $250!

Dude, that was decades ago, they tranqued it and then hid it in an esky and smuggled it in. Then they let it go on the pitch. Apparently they were stopped by security and they saw the pig, it had an apple in it's mouth, and they said it was their lunch.

If you are talking about a different story, carry on, but I highly doubt the pig was traumatised.

It was just on the news. They tried to smuggle it in in a pram, wrapped up and it's snout bound shut. Severely dehydrated and it looked pretty fucking distressed at the RSPCA.

Oh gay, the original was done by a group of vets like 40 years ago at the GABBA. The pig was a hero.

Ahh right, true.. but not comparing apples with apples either. Two completely different engines with very different purposes.

540ci is 8.85L - It's a Naturally aspirated carby V8 that probably makes it power at like 6000RPM and would be making big power almost from idle, so you could smack it in a street car and it would be really nice to drive and last a long time, or in a track car and have a good strong reliable engine that is not stressed to make the power it is making (you could smash some forced induction at it and and make a lot more than 1500hp.

The other engine meanwhile is a highly stressed F1 purpose built engine that most likely costs 10 times the amount of money to build over the previous engine, it has forced induction running mega boost and most likely needs a full rebuild after every race - you couldn't have it in a road car because it probably wouldn't have enough power off boost to move a normal sized car...

This.

If I told you I was a compulsive liar, would you believe me?
