but obviously he keeps logging on to car sales to keep the ad active cause otherwise the ad removes itself after 3-4 weeks

all car sales would have is the same contact details listed as what are displayed to anyone wanting to buy it. wouldn't really accomplish much zak

Never know dude... carsales would have his billing details, maybe his address and stuff like that... worth a try... at the very least, it is alerting them to a non-responsive seller...

there is prob T+C that say it is at the sellers decision as  to whether they respond to enquiries or not

Mark is correct, the ad would have become inactive if it was not logged into.
Zac, any private details would remain private mate.

It is possible that the car sold recently and the seller is no longer checking email inquiries.
It is also not uncommon for a seller to set up a dedicated email address to use on carsales that they don't use once the car has sold.
