I will also for your benefit list some of the negative side effects of fasting Zac.

 

Your body will leech amino acids from your muscles and breakdown muscle/organ tissue to accomplish this so that your body has sugars to consume for energy..

When you lack amino acids your body will not repair damage to said muscles and organs.

Build up of digestive enzymes in the stomach that are produced when food is expected will have nothing to digest and in turn they damage the lining of your digestive system.

Bile in the gall bladder will build up and if not used can form gall stones.

Vitamins and minerals that your body requires are not consumed - again your body isn't getting what it needs and will not function as it should as a result.

Ask for a wrap, spread their chilli sauce on it, add chicken and anything else you want, and oven... tada! Crappy Oportos pizza... :)
