Aww shit bro. No good. I blew my knee out at 25. Get your surgery done ASAP. Heaps of rehab & physio on it & you will be back running around in no time!!!

 

Yeah getting scans done later in the week. He said something about if its only a really minor tear it would be right without surgery. 

And I'll have to go over my heath plan to see if surgery's like this are covered

Hypothetical for you guys (mostly Im looking at JoshShaz :) ) because when I try to explain it to my missus she doesn't get it and its doing my head in.

 

You bought a house ages ago for $300k and haven't really done much to it.

It is valued in today's market at $700K as it stands.

An agent tells you that if you do a major reno/bulldoze-rebuild the most the market will pay is $1m.

 

The way I see it you have about $300k to spend on improvements without losing kesh.

 

The missus thinks you could spend $400k on improvements and you cant lose because it only owes you $300K.

 

 

Discuss.
