So IM emailed me back today and were very sad to hear this and helpful about it too... They will apparently open a claim with DHL to reimburse me or replace them using a different shipping method but will cost more.

I will let you know the outcome once I know.

Well done Import Monster. It's good to see that companies care about their customers.

They genuinely look after their customers. Strictly speaking, they don't really have too because they're just an intermediary...

 

I remember once I bought a set of JDM mirrors using them and everything arrived except for the switch. They bought a replacement switch and hand delivered it to my home. Excellent service.

Hey guys, well i finally got a reply back from IM and it's GREAT news :)

 

They were really supportive with great assistance... they got the money back from DHL and even refunded the total amount to my bank account :)

 

JUST AWESOME!!!

im still shattered man, they sitting in my room and keep almost crying every time i look at them... are they worth fixing / cluing?

With that much damage I wouldn't bother.
 

But ultimately what do you have to loose now? If you want to try and fix them you may as well have a go.
