Yeah thats my thoughts. If I can see it rusting through in the roof, where else is it rusting that I can't see....?


 


I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

Been there myself....

 

bought a VW 1973 Super Bettle with some rust around the gutters.  I thought I could fix it & I probably could have........ if I bought a completely different shell, one with a chassis that hadn't been eaten away by rust.

Yeah that was my thoughts. Maybe I could buy it, and get a bit of practise cutting it out and welding new sheetmetal in, but I have no idea what I'm doing, and I don't know if I cbf doing it on a R31, regardless of how limited edition it is.

It is a GTS1, so it is relatively desirable for those wanting to collect.

 

But I can think of 100 cars I would collect before a R31. Part out wouldn't be too bad, has a healthy RB30E+T, Wolf ECU, exhaust, cam, full redone interior, but I don't think I CBF dealing with the kind of people that want those kind of parts.
