Numerous doctor visits and now on standby to hear back from a neurologist. They are leaning towards it being something called derealisation/depersonalisation. It is honestly the most unpleasant thing I've ever experienced in my entire life.

If it is that, then the bad thing is that periods between episodes will decrease and the length of time of the episode will increase. And it can effect any sense (since Tuesday last week I haven't been able to smell or taste unless they are extremely potent smells/flavours).

Not at all. My brother keeps telling me it's like I'm getting a free trip or high. But when I reply saying that I am casual at work and don't get paid, he see's why I stress out about it.

 

Today is the first day I've felt "normal". Not 100%, but it's slowly getting there. It is both good and bad.
