I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Yeah she's all good lads. Broken hip. Goes into surgery in an hour for a new titanium one. Expected 2 weeks in hospital while recovering.

 

Apparently she cracked up laughing when the ambos gave her the green puffer thing, and then asked for a couple more to take home once this whole dilemma is done.

Well actually it is as simple as that. Change of diet is responsible for over 80% of weight loss. If you eat healthy, and control portions but don't exercise you will still lose weight as fast as if you exercised as well.

 

What about chicks on the pill? They gain weight. I am not taking sides, I'm just saying that not every single case is the same.

 

I agree with healthy eating, staying active and exercising though. There are way too many people that shouldn't let themselves get as large as they have. Beluga whale would be a compliment to a lady at work. She eats shit food too many times during the day and all her job requires her to do is sit at her desk on the computer.

Pfft the pill.

My wife has been on the pill the whole time we've been together. She is a size 8, eats healthy and exercises.

There's plenty of excuses for fatties to hide behind, but for every excuse they give you you can find someone who overcame it to lose weight and be healthy.

Pretty sure not all women have the same metabolism or whatever else like your wife. Comes down to race and genetics as well.

Yep, exactly Gaz. You need to diet according to your individual circumstance, and there are very, very, very few circumstances where weight loss is impossible. And even fewer circumstances that would not benefit from a healthy diet.
