I'm ok with that, the less people the better.

Go Asics, Rosberg. Best brand in running shoes. If you've got a wide foot, then Brooks is your other option.

I should buy new shoes/runners, however the soles haven't torn away entirely from the rest of the shoe yet. A few more millimetres though, and i'm up for a new pair

Yeah I normally buy Asics. I just need new ones, I think I got 12 months out of these.

You mean ones with less support?

Yeah my running coach told me that the amount of injuries increased at the same time as the amount of rubber on the running shoe increased. People run badly but because they have an inch of cushioning they don't realise until joints begin to fork up. That being said those barefoot running shoes aren;t any good for me.

I just buy the ASICs GT 2000, it's normally cheapish ($150ish). Wouldn't spend more than that on a running shoe.

Now I'm considering compression tights, not so much for their bullshit health claims bit more so for the warmth.

Maybe you need orthotics/inserts if you're chewing through them (is it uneven wear?). Or maybe you run too much  :sarcastic:

Haha, I wear orthotics. 12months is normal for my amount of running, other runners go through them way quicker.

One to two years is the usual life span of an Asics running shoe for a fairly active person. I remember selling Kayanos to a chick that would buy a brand new pair every 6-8 months; I believe she was a semi-professional in athletics or tennis or something of the kind but she used to run two to three times daily on top of whatever other training program she had. I've bought Kayanos two or three times now and rate them man, although the Nimbus is better suited to my neutral foot. The price tag doesn't appeal to most people but you definitely get what you're paying for. The amount of technology, materials used and how each works and supports each other is why Asics are the leading brand when it comes to running shoes.

I did get a discount when I used to work in the industry, and still do as I don't see the manager ever leaving. :P

I've had my "Rider" thongs for well over a year now, worn daily too.
Still going strong.
Damn good thongs for the price. Wish I bought 2 pairs.

Asics is for Homos.

I've got a few pairs of the Reef thongs, and they've been going strong on almost 2.5 years now

You didn't wear thongs last night. I've had the same pair of Havaianas for over three to four years. Ha ha, just goes to show how often I wear thongs.

I like g strings. Never worn one though. I did wear a mankini for a dress up party once though. That shit was uncomfortable.
