Thanks man. I like it too but Jess keeps making comments on how bumpy it is, ha ha. What I'm thinking of doing now is to not sell my RS-R springs straight away, put the STi pinks on and give them a decent go for a month or two.

 

I am working on the fact that I'll only know what I like when I see them on and feel them for myself if you know what I mean, although I do have a feeling one (or both) of my front struts aren't perfect. I just can't afford a rebuild.

My $15 pair of Rivers runners only lasted 6 months. I have a $10 pair I should start wearing, but they are bright fluro green.

I wore them once to work because the uniform at one of my jobs is green/ black.

Yeah my running coach told me that the amount of injuries increased at the same time as the amount of rubber on the running shoe increased. People run badly but because they have an inch of cushioning they don't realise until joints begin to fork up. 

 

Yep, nailed it. All you need to know is high arch or low arch, go cheaper and more often. Your feet will thank your running coach.
