I like JZA70 Supras. I would own the hell out of one of them too. Not so much JZA80s though.

Would love a 2JZ A70 though, or a 2JZ Z20 Soarer

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

A 2JZ A70 would be freaking awesome. I've actually done some sneaky searches when Jess isn't looking for one. A80's are an acquired taste in my opinion.

2JZ are the best motors.

So I've heard. And you don't have to spend stupid money to make it perform. The 2JZ didn't come stock in the A70 model?

I would sell the Outback and the B4 to buy a V35 GT350 :)

Wonder if I could put the baby seat in the back of one of them. Such a nice car

Nah A70 has 7MGTE (Also known as 7MBHG due to their 99.9% blown head gasket issues)

Oh geez. I didn't know the head gasket issue was that bad.

Yeah man, I've seen that. Looking for manual though, and maybe in Silver. Lol! But probably not the best family car. Meh, I can dream about it for now.

Ha ha, fair enough man. Word on the street is that the Infiniti is the luxury model but yeah. If you change your mind I can get you a deal. ;)

Head gasket is an easy fix though. You just need ARP studs, and tighten it down to their torque settings.

The issue was that when the car was released, Toyota gave the engine builders the wrong torque settings, which meant that if the boost went up by 1psi, the head would lift.

Re-torque + new studs fixes the issues. They're actually a beast of a motor once HG is fixed. Not high revving, but make freight-train like torque.

Ah fair enough. Easy enough to do then. You seem to be in the loop with it all, ha ha. Random question, do you join clubs/communities based on the car you have at the time?

Depends. I tried to join up with the GTiR club, but they were all shitheads mainly. Big egos, closed group of people, thought their cars were the BEST in the world. I've been part of the Z20 Soarer crew for years now, same as Toymods, Supra Forums, etc, but SubyClub is the only "club" that I would associate with these days.

Yeah fair call. I have the same opinions about the people and atmosphere in probably 99.9% of Holden/Commodore "clubs". I joined JustCommodores for a short while and some other VL forum and left the same day. Haven't visited since.

I am part of AusRotary only because I have two cousins that own an RX-3 and RX-7. They don't attend meets anywhere near as much as they used to as they've both got families and married but they come up to Eastern Creek for a fun night.

Toymods is a cool club still. Heaps of older guys, with like 50/60/70/80 Toyotas and a HEAP of knowledge. Good guys to hang around with and learn things.

Damn! Lol!

Nah Outback should be enough for a while, with some mods. Once I get bored of it, I'll look for something else, but give it like a year or 3

Yes Boss. Lol!

I would have liked a 350z, but 2 seater, not good with baby, so v35 would do better. Baby would love it, she likes to go fast!
