Just waiting on intake gaskets from Subaru, as they were leaking under high boost
(Only ones I didn't replace

Once that's done, will be able to go full flex and chase some more power
Unfortunately the tomei turbos are pretty laggy, so going to have to live with that for now. But it made decent power and drives a bit better than the curve looks.
So far I'm at 238kw at 19 psi

Did you fix AVCS or ditch it?
Assuming 5MT if dyno run was done in 3rd ?

It must come like a light switch when it does come on. I'd love to take a ride sometime soon

And yep still 5mt, just going to wait till it goes bang and swap in a 6 slotter.
The power is actually quite linear for how slow it comes on, feels properly fast at around 5-6 k
But not much after you have to change gear, so pretty keen to swap in a gt pumps or Blouch turbo in the future
Any time Luke

Resealed the intake manifold plus fixed a oil leak.
Rebuilt my spare sti power steering pump with new seals
Quiet and leak free now
Also did some tidying up inside
Moved the haltech bits around so now the only thing In the glove box is the ecu itself, everything else is hidden away.
Also fitted up a gd clutch pedal with the alloy cover
And swapped over the alloy pedel covers to the stock brake and clutch as the later model gd ones wouldn't bolt up.

Rob why did you choose Haltech over adapt the 207 loom for gen2? Was the cost about the same?

But never bothered doing it
The motor I bought was already wired into a haltech, so I bought that loom for 50 bucks with the motor
All I had to do was wire up some bits from the cars factory wiring and bam, started first go.
The original plan was to use my old heads with a short 207
But all this just fell into place pretty much

Thanks mate! Very cool score and nice work sorting it with your factory wiring. Thanks for the info.
