Sounds like you need some surveillance cameras set up. Hard to believe these people are too busy following protocol to realise that there's a bigger issue at hand. Hopefully you can get it sorted.

This is one reason I am in favour of rego stickers. At least you are reminded each time you drive.

My misso works for the RMS over here in NSW and it's not really whoever you spoke to's fault. They're hands are tied to as in 99% of the time their computer system will not let them do it. Don't worry I've been stuffed around on a few things too.

Hope everything works out but dude. We've all had those weeks. Sometimes everything comes up clearer afte a few beers and a word to some mates

Holy crap, welcome back dude! Lol, good to hear you still have the RS, but not so good that it's been 6+ years since you've been able to drive it.

Did you end up catch the MFers that were stealing your mail?

MY00 Red RX, a nice daily that was sold off once the B4 became reliable...
MY02 Blue B4, aka 'The Project' - v8 JDM STi engine package and assorted other 'goodies' - Sold, then bought back for parts. Stripped and crushed.
MY03 Blue RX, the newer old daily, pretty well more B4 than RX now... In the process of being converted to the track toy... Watch this space!
MY02 Silver Wagon, H6 conversion, full blue/black leather and almost full black interior to go with it. In process of being stripped and sold off.
MY03 White/Silver H6 Outback, donor car for silver waghoon. Scrapped.
MY97 Silver RX, acquired to become track car, but plans changed. Scrapped.

MY13 BRG, current daily, very nice to drive, small mods to make it even nicer again.

Ah bugga! That's a shit go, but then I guess if you're anything like me, once that happens you sort of give up on it, and it doesn't get touched, and then it proceeds to go to shit on you.

I really should follow up with Doug and the team if there are any updates. Basically just getting a list of anything wrong that will be a show stopper with the pits. Spend a grand or so and make a choice from there. It might get stripped for parts if there are major hurdles, but you know.. fingers crossed
