Today was my Sunday.

Highlight of my day was attempting to fix my daughters drone. I think one of the motor's transistors is cooked, so it's going back under warranty.

If I told you I was a compulsive liar, would you believe me?

But that is major forked up. Unfortunately its the human way to learn lessons the hard way. Sucks Bennie. Hopefully they get caught and castrated. The bank will definitely give you a full refund for the money stolen, it may just take a couple of weeks worst-case scenario.

Yeah the bank has been awesome - money refunded the next day! Car was finger printed - perp was wearing gloves. Pretty interesting what the white powder can find.

Bored.

I was yesterday... But today I scored a gearbox at pap for my sister's liberty with the 50% off weekly special for this week. So the trip down was doubled up with a visit to my wife's Gma. Two birds with one stone. Winning. And an awesome drive down the northern and McIvor highways onto the Hume into the northern suburbs.

Top day! Just a shame I wasn't in any of my subi's. The RS would've been awesome but I wouldn't be putting a gearbox in the back of it (wife ok'd this in her car after I'd already vetoed it)...

Will probably be bored tomorrow with crap stuff that needs to be done :/

Ahh... After that lame post in Barb's wagon build thread it's good to see bump the back in their usual form.

The world is balanced once again.

Continue on!

Nice job, they actually do something then! :P

That's awesome mate, well done. As you can tell I've been busy the past couple of days with work. It's just never ending and I worked all weekend. Definitely going to put in some requested weekends off. Apparently I am meant to have a weekend off every month but had none in January and February. That's gonna change moving into March onwards.

Seemed like a bit of "that's :fork: 'd" is going around today.

I'm :fork: ing over it - can't get a rental since I can't prove employment status and can't buy a house because our deposit isn't big enough yet and employment isn't what a bank or broker is happy with.

Living with family was never the long term plan, and a month so far is enough but now it's looking like we'll be here for the whole first term of the year...

:fork: you 2018, you were meant to be a good year too -_-

Hopefully tomorrow will be better...

Go to an accountant and get a letter regarding your tax statements over the past few yrs. That can be used to show income.

Thanks for the advice Niko, I'll keep that in mind in the future. Last week as you can tell we were in the dumps and pretty much gave up on getting a rental without building on some work history first.

Well this morning our last application was accepted :D

So this tues 20th we get the keys and my brumby will cop another work out with multiple small trips across town as we put all our stuff from three places into one - finally!

I'll be looking forward to getting back into some projects one the shed is sorted out :D

Thanks for the supportive words!

Cheers

Thanks liberty!

It's official - we signed paperwork for the lease and bond. Forked out the bond and just over a month's rent to get rent payments on a Friday so it's more inline with the pay cycle.

Can't wait for the keys to be in our possession! Then do a thorough condition report and start the move...

Cheers

Ever get that feeling in your calves after playing more than three matches of indoor in the one night...

Yeah, that's me right now. Holy shit they're sore.
