Bitterness (IBU): 19.2 (Average)

80% Pale Ale Malt

9% Crystal 120

7.36% Wheat Malt

1.84% Carafa II malt

1.8% Caramunich I

1.2 g/L Challenger (6.1% Alpha) @ 60 Minutes (Boil)

0.6 g/L Hallertau Tradition (5.7% Alpha) @ 10 Minutes (Boil)

+honey

+muscat

+cinnamon

+nutmeg

+bourbon soaked oak stave

+cabernet fresh run juice

+the spice sack from a spiced rum barrel

Merry Christmas in July!

Hi,

Basically a wheat ale, I use an American yeast (US-05) and also use a small amount of specialty malt. Whereas a wheat beer would be just pale and wheat, with a Belgian style yeast.
