No malt, no hop - its kinda like bubbly water. It's not offensive and I'm sure most would call it "fresh" or "crisp" or "clean". I still say, if you want a decent larger that any ozzie occa (okka ??) will/could drink, get Pheonix beer.

EFES is a Turkish Beer, that I had at a restaurant in Parramatta. Very nice, floral accents with a hint of honey. Comparable to "Little Creatures". Was an impressive surprise of a random selection!

I have to wait a few more days before I can get more beer *gets the shakes*. On the plus side, I think I still have a small bottle of Saison Regal sitting in the fridge. I'm a little odd with the seasons too. In winter I tend to go for more hops than malt (as in I prefer hops more during winter). Hmmm, I think I need to get some Urequell
