Can't take much credit, I actually owe you one, because if I wasn't searching for a free online of this I'd still be trying to make it myself! Haha. Usually these online label sites give you a free sample with a watermark.... these dudes are slipping, they even give you a jumbo preview with no watermark that I can print perfectly...

Looks good.

Do they sell milled grain at your local?
What are the total kettle volumes on those recipes?
beersmith can be your friend.
I don't like fuggles.

So we are looking at a final volume of 22L? 100g+ of hops into 22L is forking heaps, I wouldn't be using fuggles - cascade is a winner, but played out.
Does your local have a website that will show me what milled grains they have? We can make a recipe online and I can e-brew with you... bro!

Nik

Depends how flush you are, 40L would be choice bro sausage rolls, but more importantly - what is your heat source?
Do you have a BBQ?

Nik

I used to use a cray cooker, I still have it and is no use to me, it's so bloody heavy though postage will probably kill us. Let me know how you go though. Best places to look for them are at hospitality wholesalers, don't go buying a pot from the brew store!
