Hi,

He has a gun set up sourced from the manufacturer, has a CO2 purge line and a fill line, coming straight off his coolroom lines.

Didn't get a photo of that. He only has 117 of them, I told him to fill them all last night, I reckon they'd near on sell 100 of them today. They look really good.

30 days after opening! They've got a little charge in the top. It's a neat little piece of kit.

Had one of these last night. Went to a small bar/resturant that does only craft beers. Good to try something diffrent. Had a nice fruity taste to it.

Currently drinking a 4 Pines Hefeweizen. Notbad. It's no Cowaramuppet Brewerey Hefeweizen.

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts, right off.

Shaz is all over the Hefe's. Shaz you'll have to swing by Dan Murphy's and pick up Weihenstephaner's range of Hefe's. they do traditional southern Bavarian Hefewizen, Kristal (filtered), Dunkelwizen( dark), and I'm pretty sure there is another which escapes me right now. They are pretty much benchmark beers so its a good way to judge future beers in that style.

Hi,

Is the weissbier the other one? The also do a Non Alcohol weiss would you believe! I know they have Original, Hefe Weiss, something starting with B or Z or some shit, and the one's you've mentioned.

I think Shaz might like the Kristall - I know when I was trying to get into them that was my favourite. Nice recommendation BrewMaster.
