Hi,

Hopper takes about 10KG, so yep, only really needs two fills for beer.

But we mill up 150KG++ for a whisky mash, so looking to modify our own hopper to accommodate 25KG.

When are you coming down here you pewf? Red/Piesey/Jeremy/Brett are all busy beavers, so I think we should just knock out a brew together. It's going to be too hard to organise that many stray cats!

Been waiting for you to tell me when were doing the brew :D also, I forgot the hop names you have. I have from 8th - 18th free. Took some leave. Brain was ready to pop.

Wow.

Found a place called "beer deluxe" right next to Fed square.

Currently drinking Brew dog hardcore ipa on tap, probably one of the best tap selections (and bottle) ive seen in Aus.

Ugh i could ramble on for forking days about this stuff.

Any of you Northern Beacheners can confirm that 4 Pines in Manly is open today (Good Friday)? I read that since they're a brewery, they're allowed to sell "takeaway" alcohol..

I like to think of it as borrowing someone's car and driving it better than them.

Guiness brewery tour was a little disappointing. Fantastic building, an the sky bar is awesome, but from a brewing perspective there wasn't much. You didn't even get to see any of the current brewhouse or cellar. And it was self guided, so there wasn't anyone to ask all of the fascinating questions I had prepared.

Jameson's whiskey tour was much better. And the tour guide chick was HAWT!!

They had it at my local for 16 bucks for a 6 pack, so I decided to try it.
