Personally, I've never bothered to try it. I've got a pretty good idea what it would taste like though. Clear glass bottles? Or are they green?

Green bottle, the beer is light in colour (compared to TED). It's not lolly sweet though, we aren't talking passion pop.

Ballast point, BD collab.  Im going to have a stab in the dark and say its going to be a Scotch Ale with shit loads of US hops in it.

 

 

Have you had BD Dead Pony Club?  great beer!  3.8% but youd think it was a fiver.

Gave the tap king a go last night with a Boags Premium fill. Probably the best at home draught system I've used. By that I mean its easy to pour and not get loads of foam. You've just got to fit the bottle and leave it to chill in the fridge for a decent amount if time before you start pouring. They recommend 9 hours, but mine was cold from the coolroom at the bottleshop so I only had it in the fridge for a couple of hours.
I won't be using it all that often though until they start putting some decent craft beer into them. Which may or may not happen.

Would I recommend it? Not really. I don't see why it's any different to having a beer from a bottle to be honest. Except you don't end up with a bin full of empties. The beer didn't taste any fresher than the last Boags I had in bottle ( which was only a few weeks ago).

Alcohol as we know it is ethanol. ethanol is poisonous. Drink lots of ethanol and you'll feel shit. You can rehydrate all you like but it's not the only part of the story. The best way to avoid hangovers is to drink in moderation.
