I know this has most likely already been covered, and I think Richo, you explained this to me while we were looking at the bottles at Niks, but...
Why is Brew Dog so expensive, what makes it so?

Yeah, I honestly probably would not be able to tell the difference taste wise, my wallet on the other hand.

Freo Doctor. Guy told me they were only brand new in stock, they haven't had them before.
I was quite impressed. Very sessionable beer with quite a clean finish...plus it's only 5.4% so not knock your socks off strong.
I like it!

Used to brew my own & made some funky redeye mixes I can tell you. Was taught by me evil cousin back when I lived in Qld haha.
Nowdays I drink Coopers Red. Wifey drinks the Stout & won't touch anything else. Even Guiness which she used to luv. Can't cop it anymore lol. I got her hooked
Funny really. We both have to have the ol' rigididge homebrew that Coopers once was. No preservative/arsenic. No added anything like in the popular brands these days. Hope folk realise their fav brew prolly has ratsack in it? Employed by the popular company's now to kill off the remander yeast so they can bottle it quicker.
Thinkin of brewin my own again. Made a really nice Stout, a nice Kilkenny from a Morgan's base & a noice Hahn Premium type, again from Morgan's. Brew shop has the recipes or they used to.....
Anyway, from wifey & mwa, goin for one now. Cheers

not sure I agree with the Killing off yeast with ratsack thing. Most big breweries use a centrifuge to separate their yeast these days. are you in the industry?
