So after 3 weeks i finally have the car back! And HOLY **** its quick. The new tune has completly changed the car, its much more drivable, smoother and most of all faster
The car had countless hours spent on it on the dyno setting up the idle, relocating the air temp senser into the inlet manifold, re-route the boost controller to suit an external wastegate, and most importantly playing with the adjustible cam gears. We picked up 40kws in the midrange by playing with the exhaust cam inlet suprisingly didnt gain much so it was left the way i set it when i built it.
With the cams now adjusted it has alot of overlap, and idle is set at a wicked 1200rpm
Boost is set at 23psi which is what the tuner felt was safe without being too silly as im still using 98RON pump fuel. Being a car i drive everyday and everywhere i really need the reliability.
Next stage would be to turn the car into a weekend only car and go ID2000 injectors, surgetank and another bosch 044 and new fuel lines and run E85, which the tuner said will push 350+kws on a bit more boost. But thats wayyy in the future

I should just convert to single, right?As soon as she hands it to you, slowly take of your pants, then, while staring her straight in the eyes rub it against the tip of you penis, while continuing your painfully intense gaze whisper to her;
"My eye is watering, this might be a bit hot"

ha, your boost gauge is more responsive than the taco
Shitty DEFI gauges, and FMIC+ big turbo + big cams unfortunatly kills a little response.. However since the video the car us back getting a few niggling tune issues soughted out.. Stablising boost, trailing throttle and of course the hesitation when the throttle is bliped.
The new 1.09 autronic chip that i have at home, has extra setting to aid in acceleration, injector delay time and a few other things thats abit over my head.. However it wont work with my engine/ecu setup.. Unless i lose the PnP and go full wire in

Long time no speak, seriously impressive ride mate.
I am pretty sure you were at the Harrigans meet last month, I would have said hi if i knew that was your car.
Awesome work
