Filled up twice today... Morning: 46.78l for 321.6k = 14.54602l/100k. Town driving and a run to M&D's (twisties)... that's pretty standard for mine round town (Gets up round 16-17 on a hard run thr the mountains). A/noon: 40.38l for 407.8k = 9.901913l/100k. H/way (+ tiny bit of town/city) sitting between $1.20 and a $1.40 with A/C on and a fair few WOT bursts from there (not trying to get good cons.). :drinks:

ok, so tested my car for the first time. BH 99 GT-B Legacy

52 litres/450km which is 11.5L/100km - combination of 50/50 city and highway driving. The car still had a bit left in it as well, pretty sure I can do better.

I've been regularly getting 8.6-9.4l/100km depending on how I drive. My last tank lasted 635km and only took 55l to fill again. What I don't get is when the fuel light is supposed to come on? It seems mine comes on a loooooooong way before I'm close to empty. On my last tank it came on around 530kms, the needle also drops a fair bit below the E line too.

Is this a common thing for Subies? I've not owned one before nor have known anyone with one.

New worst for me was 14.6L/100km on the tank that I used to go to the off street drags with!! 7 full blown passes will get you that! I still average about 11.5L/100km around town.

I know this thread is from the dead, but have been recording my fuel economy using the fuel-log app on my Samsung phone. I got a 10.34l per 100km with a mix of driving in my TT. Could easily do better.

In my Gen3 Outback my last tank I got 512km of city driving. I think on last check im averaging about the 10/11L per 100ks city driving. But can easerly get better doing just hwy k's.

My mum drives a 2007 3.0r spec b and on last check her's was saying 8.4/100k's. Though she's a pretty gentle driver.

Averaging 9-10L/100KM in my manual H6 outback.

Best results were 632km's from 57 litres on a trip to Byron.

Usually get 560+ from 55 litres around town and a freeway trip every morning and afternoon.

I'm lucky to get 400k's to a tank around the town/city :( No matter how i drive haha. Best I've ever gotten is 512k's from a full tank. That was a trip from Melbourne to Bundalong/ Yarrawonga.

My old Gen 3 got around 12 to 13L/100KM in city driving.
My WRX gets around the same but can get up to 15L/100KM. It has been as high as 16-17L/100KM towing the jet ski with 4 people in the car.

The lowest I've noticed my Liberty to be at is 12.8L/100 km. I assume it was due to the Sydney to Wollongong and Wollongong to Sydney trips I have done in the past couple of days. I also refueled on Shell's 98 Premium so that might be a contributing factor. Usually I fill up at a servo up the road with 95 Premium.

Wanting to buy/looking for: single genuine STi rim, genuine STi front lip, Corazon or Zero/Sports grille and another OEM grille
