See that's the thing.. i'm seriously worried about over-spooling and blowing up the VF38, cause it has a titanium shaft and it's twin scroll, the cheapest replacement I could find in AUS is GCG and they want $5000.00 for it!, and $2200.00 just to repair it

I still haven't even removed the resonator on the intake yet

Was gonna say, I don't think the Outbacks were really setup correctly for road handling.
The fact that they are jacked up high on narrow tyres from factory isn't the right combo for handling, more for climbing.

But Nik has a racing Outback. Completely different.

for some reason the B4 felt more agile than the GT does.
That's because the standard GT has sheit suspensions. This will fix that:

Dont paint the stockies, sell them and get some nice 18" CS9 rims under there. Just so happens I have one set left with no gutter marks.

Mods sound good, just add an oem sports mesh grill to finish the front off.

Go for something different I say. There are so many better options out there than the CS9's, it amazes me how wet a set of CS9's gets people sometimes...

ENKEI RPM2

OZ Superturismos

Just to name a few.
I once thought CS9's were nice.
Get fisho on here to share some wheel love, he's certainly given me a good idea of whats good and whats not when it comes to rims!
