$50 will get you an one year wakefield license anyway. since oran park is now closed the majority of track days seem to be at wakefield not eastern creek so it's not the end of the world. also at eastern creek you don't need a cams license to run at WSID (so you can still hit up the "race for real" midweek drags) or skid pan, you only need it for circuit, motorkhana or khanacross

there are pit garages and car ports to leave stuff in, i think its round 50bucks a day for a garage. Was only there the other week for work (love getting paid to go racing) and they have just finished a long row of new garages. Im sure there will be someone around to look after stuff like wheels etc.
yeah we normally just use the sheds which are free. i've never had or heard of anyone getting stuff pinched while we've been there before. there's going to be a group of maybe 10 to 15 of us so there's generally always someone sitting out a session so gear's safe.
yer the old fiat was good for around the 1.18 mark if it made it out to the track. Sold that car to buy wheels for the impreza. The motor was burning 1lt of 20w50 a week hahaha
haha ah ok, i must have thought you said you did 1:08's the other day, not 1:18 (1:18's pretty decent anyway!)
