Great movie.
I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts, right off.

Not a fan of the 1UZ Marv?
Not compared to other options out there on the market.
Great engine a few years ago. Now superseded.

Usually exhaust, mine did.
In other news, IT LIVES! The B4 is running again!
Replaced battery, all good. Hasn't run in around 4 months and started first go.
Still drives
Ugh i could ramble on for forking days about this stuff.

And hes never even driven, heard or even seen one in real life! Hes a shitty stock hyundai granduer/grandpa driver (he seriously reckons his ratty stock as a rock car is "pimp" and "vip" but mine is a grandpas version of an impreza hahahaha...he so funny)

Do you guys know of any kind of EJ20 that revs really high? Like, 10-11k?
I wanna see that.
10k is the theoretical ceiling for an EJ20, but we're talking a seriously built piece of work. We're talking $50k motor.

PMSL.
He probably can't handle the fact that an old pushrod V8 is actually more advanced and far better than the supposedly superior quad cam 32v 4L motor.

That's where anti lag was set at to turn on, because he didn't think he was going to hit 10k on the hot laps.
And it definitely turned on! lol Wasn't meant to 'cause it's too loud for the neighbours...

The rally car we were in at MDSC just hit 10k rpm.

I'd suggest he gets his tacho checked. 10,000rpm - even with off the shelf forged internals - is going to turn that motor into scrap REALLY quickly. I would wager he's going to have a dead engine after his second event... maybe even the NEXT event.
They don't do that at Mechs day.
We don't need to. We aren't stuck with pedestrian slow cars

He is a WA-ARC champion and owns his own Subaru workshop. He should know what he's doing Marvin.

Hahaha...i keep telling him yeah they're ok but if i wanted a toyota motor itd be a 2J, but again he sooks that a 1uz could be built up better for cheaper lol....its about this time i tell him that i really dont give a fark?! and to promptly stfu!! as you know diddly squat about cars at all......full stop!! You just read the interwebz and repeat all the rabble you readPMSL.

He starts some really randon convo's about cars (rwd conversion on his hyundai, 1uz in his hyundai, bodykit on his hyundai)...i just humour him and lol later
