Removing an intake manifold is a giant clam.

Trying to chase down this stupid water leak, I have a feeling that it's coming from a rubber hose off the throttle body, but have NFI where that goes (can feel it clamps on to a metal line)... Can't lift the manifold up off the car as it's fouling on something as well. Sigh.

Lunch time and back in to it. Next off is power steer pump. Then unplug knock sensor etc. Fun.... I have no beers :(

I could get it to SA for $200 delivered, I reckon. Last time I sent a short motor it cost me $40.

It's a process, padawan. This is why I rip so much stock SHIT out of my cars. That cold start stuff is useless and retarded. Sif anyone would live in an area cold enough to get snow...

Cold start are the coolant hoses that go from your IACV, through the throttle body, back to the crossover pipe under the manifold.

Runs hot coolant through the TB to help the car warm up.

NOOOBODDY KNOWS, THE TROUBLE I'VE SEEN.
 


I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.
