I like all black, including the wheels (rota). looks madd. Anyway, why did you change from 18 to 17" wheels? How did the rota gforce sits on liberty? By the way, did the 4 pot brakes and 2 pot brakes have enough room on your rota? Sorry about, lots of questions. I was thinking getting some rotas/ gforce or tarmac2, tossing 17" or 18" with some subaru pots on it front & rear. Haven't decided yet, but thats on list. Mate, They are both looks good on your rs and amazing that they are sits perfectly.

thank guys LIBE RX i went back to 17's partially for legality reasons on my car, as they came with 15's standard 18's were too big, plus offset was pretty high. Another reason was weight, the 18's i had were quite heavy, the 17's clear 4pot/2pot's by heaps, i have heard that the 17's actually clear brembo's as well (yet to confirm)

at the end of the day look at your tire size, i personally dislike 35 and 40 series tires, i think they are too low, so if a 215/45/17 tire would be the correct rolling diameter for your car then id just stick with 17's, casue they 18's equivilant would be a 215/40/18 and the gforce fo to a 8.5inch wide rim, a lot of tire stretch...

just my opinion

Thanks mate...that's good info....That's what I'm thinking, getting some 17". It's legal, and also clears on Subaru 4 pots and 2 pots.

Wow nice gen1 man. Good decision on the wheel change overall, the old did look good, but you've got perfect intentions in changing them. Dunno if i like it better with or without the spoiler, probs without. Tinted tails, slightly, for boss look?
do love gen1s :D

Adam - yer mate that was me i was driving the work rig

FR34KO - very happy with the wheels, definately made the right choice in changing them, cant be any happier how they are, im still undecided about the wing, its sitting in the roof of the garage so hasnt gone too far, my only issue is that i dont have a 3rd brake light... therefore gotta be careful of defect stations... nil tints for the rears wanna try keep it relatively origional as these parts are hard to come across

Shazza - thanks man, good to meet a few more people off the forum finally, espically from around the beaches ares. Are you heading to the Envy dyno day tomorrow
