I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

I spent a while googling what the word was that she misspelt...which is hard to do with mr train driver has 12 minutes of driving experience and bunny-hops a 6-car train to a stop at every station.

I do find this enjoyable to watch. If I have some time tomorrow I might head to mangrove dam and see whats happening. It's a nice drive out there anyway.

That, my friend, is sugar free wholeflakes, low fat yoghurt and something called a banana.

It is disguised as my breakfast. I am not fooled.

Low fat dairy is a load of shit mate. Just use natural yoghurt if you're going for healthy. Vicky gets this vanilla Greek yoghurt. Seems to do the trick.
