No offence, but that doesn't sound like something I would want to have for breakfast... I would be hungry about 5 mins later LOL! I am sure it is tasty though.

Last night I had vegetable/tuna filled wholemeal wraps with some avocado.
Actually was pretty good. I have a feeling I'm not really meant to be using as much beef stock (read: none) as I am cooking the vegetables...
The breakfast thing isn't actually that bad. Next week I can power up to normal person cereal and big boy yoghurt. That was actually yesterdays breakfast, so today will be exactly the same, except for kiwi fruit instead.
I'm really only missing bread and cheese right now. Eating so much soup/wet vegetable would be so much more enticing with a simple cheese sandwich. Eating soup without bread kind of sucks - lucky I have a chef to make the soups, because they taste amazing.
