I actually saw this in person from a very similar vantage point. Bunnings stage near Boddington. The pic doesn't show the steepness of the hill that that jump is on.

My saison is coming along nicely. Good flavour profile so far. Still only at 1026 though. Probably leave it in the fermenter for another week or so. Might even rack it to secondary to get it off the yeast.

saison is good for homebrewing because of its high ferment temps. My fermenter has sat at a constant 25* for a week, with just a damp towel draped over it.
