Quick question.

If you were to build a hillclimb car, would you go for something big and powerful like a worked V8 Commodore or something small and light like a Gemini with a 2.0l in it?

If I told you I was a compulsive liar, would you believe me?

i'd say the gen 3 sedan and wagon monsoons are different. on the gen 2's the wagons continue past the rear windows just a little but but the sedan they curve down and follow the rear quarter window slightly

Some dude on the Commonwhore forum thinks he can build a cheap and competitve hillclimb car out of a VS sedan.
I suggested small and light if he's on a budget.

He is having trouble digesting my logic.

I suspect the front door at the local kindergaten has been left unlocked.

SR powered ke70 :P

There's a girl on another forum I use (girl because young) who uses Mk2 Golfs as hillclimb cars, then again a mate uses a Skyline and another uses a Supra. They have 3-4x the power the Golfs have, but it's a hillclimb, they don't have much room to put all the power down. The Skyline is being sent to the circuit though, and the Supra was stolen. Sad times.

I've said it before and I'll probably die saying it. An mx5 would be awesome for budget motorsports I reckon.

But yeah, VS? Hillclimb? Nah.

Sig worthy.
