Jase,

Bought new thermostat, top and bottom radiator hoses, new clamps and radiator cap and Nulon coolant, but haven't had the time or the place to drop it yet. I don't particularly want coolant all over my garage so I'll probs do it this weekend. I checked out the water, and it is a dark rusty brown color, that you can see through. The system needs a massive flush, however since I've been driving it, it hasn't gone over half temp.

Cheers,
Shazza

Just sayin....

I would have gone to the kitchen, collected a brown bag, dropped my dacks, pinched off a loaf in said bag, done up dacks, stickytaped bag, placed bag in envelope, and mailed it right to your face for being such a tool.

It's ok, sometimes when we herp, we also derp.

Nope, not doing it.

Too hard. Custome everything. Everything fouls on everything. For the money it'd cost to convert to 3SGE, you could build a super angry 20V.

Cheers,
Shazza

Yeah I imagine it'd be a fair bit of work to get it in there. 6 speed and 150kw motor in the old POS would be quite a thing though!

Cutting it in half makes it wayyy to low.

You just need to cut a few coils off, and because of the spring rate on them, coupled with the Koni short stroke shocks, they stay captive, and are perfectly fine.

Spring rate designed for 2 tonne sedan, fitted to a 890kg sedan = cheap upgrade.

Wonderful price and all and its cool how cutting them will be fine with the remaining spring rate; but AU. ...AU..... hahaha (I just dislike Falcons!)
