Have you put any more thought into squeezing some more power out of the engine. Like strapping on one of those intake fans

That's alright, thought you might have been at work.
Nah I ended up going with Warwick in the end. He has some good results and the people with his tunes loved them. It's also easier because I can just call him to discuss things.

So I installed my AEM wideband today and it shows an AFR reading of around 16 under heavy throttle. My front O2 sensor also reads very lean. Is the most probable cause for this a crack or leak in my headers? Surely they both can't be broken.

Mine sits at around 14.5
Is there that much of a difference? I know 20 is high and 11 is low...

DO NOT DRIVE THE CAR UNDER HEAVY LOAD OR YOU WILL MELT A PISTON.
I would be checking for exhaust leaks and getting rid of your over the net tune. No offence to those guys doing that.
But you can not tune properly just sending logs back and forth.

Even at 16?

My tuner reckons with the amount of fuel he is giving it there is no way it would be running that lean and there has to be some sort of leak in the manifold. Reckon that could be causing it to read lean? Would it even run properly at 16-17?
I am going to put a can of UEC through it tomorrow while covering the tips with a towel to see if I can spot any leaks.

An air leak will do that. So will a exhaust leak if the car is running fine and you just have a wack AFR from the exhaust leak.
I would be testing your wideband with the fuel soaked rag method.

Couldn't you run a feather or something along the piping

did you try plugging the exhaust?

Take it to an exhaust shop and get them to wack a smoke tester on it.

On a cold night, start the car and get underneath with a torch.
Should be able to see any of the hot gases escaping.

It's definitely an exhaust leak. Just started up the car after sitting for a few hours and a little cloud of UEC smoke came out from the passengers side of the engine bay.
I will suss it out in the morning and if I can't pin point the leak it will be going to an exhaust shop. Thanks for the help guys
