I have a pretty hardcore amp (can't remember the brand), 15" MTX sub and two Soundstream Tarantula 6x9's. I don't think I'll be installing them into my wagon. Wouldn't mind getting rid of 'em if you or anyone else are keen?

Wanting to buy/looking for: single genuine STi rim, genuine STi front lip, Corazon or Zero/Sports grille and another OEM grille

Can you hook a brother up? Please contact me now. I have cash ready.

Nope! Put the money towards a sub+amp instead.

Don't plan on doing a sub to be honest.

Well, you don't drive from the rear set do you?

Fair point

Cheers!

I'm gonna assume it would be a piece of cake to swap them out for something a bit better

The rear is really simple, a new pair of 4 inch speakers will screw straight in. The front however it a little more difficult as the speaker is built into the spacer. I just traced around the spacer on some MDF and cut a 6 inch whole in it to mount a 6.5 inch speaker. There is also a template on Rexnet if you get stuck.

Same wiring is fine, MDF spacers and some 6.5" focal coaxials for $60 ;)

+ I'll give you some terminals to make the job a piece of cake.

Should be fine. Why not use splits in the front doors?

Didn't really want the hassle of installing new tweeters. Why would I want splits?

They're not bad and look pretty nice. If you lived closer to my way I could get you them for cheaper. I have a mate that works at JB HiFi.

Splits sound better and you can mount them where your factory ones are.

So you could install them without using the tweeters that come with them. That small box (I assume its an amplifier of some form) where would you put that?

Cheers, I will keep that in mind if I'm in Sydney and need something
