Hmm I'm on that with Virgin mobile to some extent... I'm on the BYO 19 plan, but I only get $250 for calls and 250mb data, which is useless... but its free to call and text other Virgin mobile numbers...

 

Might look into Kogan maybe... but I really want an S4...

Good afternoon everyone.

 

I've been looking into using Kogan for my next phone plan thingo after my mate told me he was on it. Only downside is that you've gotta bring your own phone, but the amount of money you save as opposed to a contract, you could buy TWO phones. If not more. My mate says that he's EXTREMELY happy with the service and you get so much more for considerably less.

 

Good to hear about the possible better paying job next week Garrrrrrry... all the best with that...

It's not Telstra. Kogan are using Telstra's reception (in basic terms). Same as Telechoice for Optus for example.

 

Mind you I'm not supporting them fully. I am a little skeptical as well and am waiting to hear first-hand experience with Kogan. If there are no complaints or catches, I'M IN! Like really IN. Hard. And in.
