It's not Telstra. Kogan are using Telstra's reception (in basic terms). Same as Telechoice for Optus for example.

 

Mind you I'm not supporting them fully. I am a little skeptical as well and am waiting to hear first-hand experience with Kogan. If there are no complaints or catches, I'M IN! Like really IN. Hard. And in.

I'm with Vaya, uses optus network, BYO phone, $17 for 2gb data, $700 calls and unlimited texts. Been on it since december  ^_^

 

edit: thats actually 2gb of data, just checked

4G was a big one for me, plus, I get a free phone with a 2 year warranty.

Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Optus waived my upgrade fee, gave me extra data per month, made my monthly plan cheaper, while still maintaining unlimited everything, and free 4G.
 
Oh, and a brand new Samsung S4.
Can't wait to bin this fruit phone. 

PM me how! I need to get out of this contract... haha. fork Optus.
