OH, I haven't asked you. Whats your opinion on stainless extractors? My up pipe has a decent hole in it, and the headers have a slight crack, need replacements.

Even my dad is coming to ICHI'Q, lol!

Garry, not only is it important to wright down goals, but you need to review them on a regular basis, and make sure that they are achievable within the time frames you have set. You are 33% on average more likely to achieve them if they are written down.

Otherwise, you might as well ask a fish to climb a tree.

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

Oh fork.

I just double-checked the date of the BBQ. My girlfriend gets back from overseas that day... I might be able to show up for a few hours though!

Where there's a will, there's a way. No? :P

That's what I thought. I know it seems girly or whatever but I think I'd run my life better by making better decisions and following specific goals, and like you say, achieving them within realistic and obtainable time frames.

Ha ha, you got my back Harry.

Get her to delay her flight for a day.

Just checked her flight details. She gets back at 6:10 PM. WIN. I'll definitely be in for a few hours. Hopefully I don't have soccer on either...

Go for it dude. DO NOT wrap them though!

I work with a guy that has a GC8 rally car. He developed a oil leak at the crank seal during a run, It soaked into the wrap, Got hot enough to start a fire, Wrap went up like you wouldn't believe!

New gaskets, Plenty of maniseal on the gaskets and you will be sweet.

I'm thinking about packing Nahla for the trip down, She loves a good car run and doesn't shed fur and or be a ***** in general like Boon :P

Ha ha, tell me about it. Sometimes I don't even have time to scratch my ass. I guess I bring it all upon myself, although my girlfriend coming back on that day couldn't be avoided.

There is no way I'm telling her to come back a day after. I've waited for two forking weeks already. I'm hanging.

Do you think they would last longer than oem Steel headers? I just can't decide if it's worth it. If I buy the stainless ones, I get all gaskets, headers and up pipe delivered to my door. VS chasing around to find all the parts!

There's a new wrap that aparantly doesnt start fires as easy! It's made out of crushed volcanic rock!
