In a fry pan bro, then into the turbo oven - kinda easy to get it right in a commercial kitchen - feel me?

I mean, I call them scrambled eggs - I think there's just so many ways to scramble an egg. I think it's probably more accurate to call it a muddled omelette, which is an asian thing.

How do you want it though, Adam? Super crispy (so when you pick it up it doesn't flex except for the fat parts) ?

Easiest way to cook bacon is to fry up then throw the whole frypan in the oven - fan forced//180 - every oven is different, but once you have a routine you'll always nail it.

If you remove the bacon and put it on a tray it normally goes dry.

That's why I leave it in the frypan.
