Depends how powerful the bike is. Bikes with lots of torque will chew through tyres quick if you're heavy on the ass'celerator but otherwise tyre wear isn't too bad at all.

I'm very relaxed when i'm riding, you just have to constantly be looking 4-5 cars ahead and keep yourself positioned in a way that if the car in the lane next to you suddenly has to swerve into your lane, you won't get wiped out. Simple stuff but yes it does require more attention.

I've also found it makes me a better driver when I am in the car, much more aware of what's going on around me and ahead of me.

Ugh i could ramble on for forking days about this stuff.

One issue would be in Summer when an afternoon storms pops out of no where and drenches your shit with little warning..... So you wouldn't know to drive that day until it was too late.

Yerp, has happened to my mates a few times.

I dont think its his travel costs holding him back Amsy. Didnt he say he catches the train to work?

Josh - cook meals in large quantities. Stuff you can freeze and reheat and enjoy. We have some firm fav's in our house. Cottage pie, lasagne, spag bol, chilli, thai green curry. These we alway make up so we get atleast 2 meals out of it.

I feel like youve done this before though. I think you know what you need to do. Youve just got to do it bro.

Oh you were talkin to Adam not josh. Nevermind then.

Sig worthy.

In NSW it's a costly process to get your license though :(

I'm hoping to start it all next year.

There's like a 10 step process from start to finish over a number of years. Not exactly sure how much it is to get my L's.

Then there's all the right gear ontop of that. I'll be purchasing a pair of Dragon Jeans.

http://www.youtube.c...h?v=oUKzAORD35I

I have been putting money away every week for a little while now. Had $1500 there but needed it for the Calais purchase so had to start again from scratch.

Back up to $1200 now and want about $5k before I do anything.

Will be buying a Suzuki GS500F

Morgan, I had my Motorbike license (expired) wasn't hard or expensive at all really.

Do the stay upright course - do the L's theory test, ride the bike for a bit until you are good, then you do the prac test for you P's (Like you would in a car)

What year model?

I like the bleck ones. I guess if a multicoloured one comes up at the right price/km then I'll have to check it out but I'd much prefer one like yours :)

We are not joking when we say that it is the HOTTEST PIE IN THE WORLD!!! please be careful when eating and STOP when it gets to much!! We are VERY concerned about Ben Adams who consumed the entire pie in our shop on Thursdsy and was taken away by ambulance!! if anyone has information about Ben please let us know how he has Recovered. Dont Forget we have The Flaming Ron Jnr that you can enjoy this delicious favourable pie with out blasting your head off with heat!!!!

I bought it new. These bikes hold their resale VERY well, so i'll sell this thing in another 9 months for probably a $3-400 loss, which is fine by me.

You're only other options are blue/white fairing or this dark gray/black like mine. Otherwise they do a naked model as well but i'm not a huge fan of how those look.

Ugh i could ramble on for forking days about this stuff.
