That's what I thought, but apparently not with me at the NRMA... I think each insurance company differs between 25 and 27...

Curious. What experience do you need as a tafe teacher??

 

You need to be a little bit mentally retarded or unstable, OCD and passive aggressive.

A love for mindless bureaucracy, unnecessary process and excessive reporting procedures is an advantage.

 

 

On top of that you need to hold a trade qualification in the area you which to teach and hold a minimum of a CertIV in training and assessment.

 

If you want to move up from the bottom pay scale, (Cert IV and no prior teaching) which is farkall,  you will need at least one diploma in training.

(This is for Vic)
