Hey Nik, have you seen this movie its all about wine. Seems pretty good, we are going to see it tomorrow in newcastle.

I'm surprised you're going to see it, won't you find it a bit boring? I hope you enjoy it though, it looks like a good production.

:fork:.

Read this about the shit I was taking.. http://www2b.abc.net.../topic5588.shtm

Fuckin' hell. All the 'reading material' you get given is all the positive shit. These known side effects are barely in the pamphlets.

I'm getting pretty worried about this situation.

It also very much reminds me of this;

It's a strange thing to put into words...But I'm feeling positive about the prospects of improvement.

I (unfortunately) had some rather unpleasant things happen to me when I was very young.

We will see what comes of it all, but I have hope again, which is nice.

I genuinely know what you mean.

It's good to have a positive outlook. Sometimes even though I know I'm forcing it, it still makes the day go better. You sound a bit like you're at my stage, day by day. Doc told me not to 'make plans' just yet.

Everyone has a past, but I guess the future is what we're meant to be thinking about.

I guess they know what they're doing?

But... then again, you're up at 4am and I'm still up at 2........

Yeah, day by day Nik.

I can manage about 5 hours sleep maximum at any one time at the moment...then wide awake...only to crash again in about an hour or so.

My pills are an NSRI  (noradrenaline and serotonin reuptake inhibitor) as opposed to a pure SSRI.

They seem quite potent (even though I'm on a 1/4 of my 'target' dose) in that I am finding a bit of 'space' from the chatter already.

I kinda need this to work...wheels are falling off.

I hear you mate. My sleep pattern has become ridiculous recently. Along with the lack of 'completion', I'm pretty pissed off.

Do you wake up, or get woken up by thoughts? I'm having really lucid dreams right now.

Also forgetting heaps of things.

My intake of herbs ensures I don't dream. This is a tactic I have employed most of my life. No dreams, no nightmares. Win.

I just wake up, with the sweats and I'm WIDE awake. just like that.

The sweats are evil man. I get them below the knee and around the back of my neck. Wake up like a light switch, and feel like I've just gotten out of a shower.

I actually now sleep on towels for now.

I do not smoke 'erb anymore. Maybe I should think about it?

Nasty stuff when you have to set your bed up like a day at the beach to sleep.

I have no idea what parks and rec 'is', but it seems to be all the rage.

We'll be right Nik :)

Yeah, we'll be sweet.

Parks and Rec is cool man. I think you'd enjoy it. I'm not really into American comedy either.
