Having her home is awesome. Not so bored any more and I don't find myself looking for any excuse to go out and spend money left, right and centre. Keeping me company and doing what a girlfriend does. And on top of that I don't have to get stupid thoughts of dumb wogs trying to pick her up. Especially of the Italian descent in Mykonos for example.

 

Other than that, everything is all good. Hoping to hear back from my Aviation Rescue and Fire Fighting position I applied for next week, hoping to hear back from an engineering/drafting expression of interest application I filled out (unknown time on when I will get any feedback though), should really get this other application filled out before it expires in about 10 days and today is filled with helping my parents with a few things around the house, going book shopping for my girlfriend as she needs some PR books and hopefully there is a lot of food between these events.

 

Not to mention it looks to be decent weather outside.

Fire fighting one? Well applications close tomorrow, 1st of September, so anywhere from Monday to two weeks. Would be awesome if I got in to it! I've chosen to be stationed in Sydney (obviously) however training goes for 11 weeks in Melbourne. Might even drive down and visit the weekly meets with the Mexican mob.

Thanks man. I'm hoping it all goes well as well. I've got a folder in my bookmarks with places I want jobs at, there's about 14 jobs on that list at the moment. I check the daily and the second something I'm interested in pops up, I apply. Applications for the NSW Police Force open up in January next year so I'm CHEERING at the moment. This year is going along so well.

 

I'll be calling up the university that deals with the policing recruits next week also just to get some more information.

 

Oh you're not wrong there. Meeting a few them was awesome. I can't wait till next year's Hunter Valley Cruise.
